Neobet login: how to sign in to NEO.bet in Ontario

This site has no log-in, and never will. Here is where a NEO.bet Ontario account really signs in, what the location check does, and how to fix a sign-in that fails.

Go to NEO.bet sign-in

This page is not a log-in page

neobetontario.com is an independent guide with no accounts and no password field. A NEO.bet Ontario account signs in in exactly three places: on.neobet.ca, the NEO.bet Canada app on the App Store, and the NEO.bet - Sports & Casino app on Google Play. If any other page asks for your NEO.bet password, close it.

Where to sign in

NEO.bet's own site configuration lists four separate licensed sites: neo.bet for Malta, neobet.de for Germany, neobet.co.za for South Africa and on.neobet.ca for Ontario. An Ontario account lives on the last of those and nowhere else — the first thing to check when a password that "definitely worked" suddenly doesn't.

Reviews saying the Android app must be sideloaded are out of date: it is on Google Play. Installation and the modest store ratings are covered on our NEO.bet app page, and the wider verdicts on our reviews page.

Signing in to NEO.bet, step by step

  1. Type on.neobet.ca into your browser yourself, or open the official app. Don't start from a link in an email, a text or a "bonus code" page.
  2. Before typing anything, check that the address bar reads on.neobet.ca — not neobet.de, not neo.bet, and not a longer address with the brand buried inside it.
  3. When your browser or phone asks to share your location, allow it. The site has to confirm you are in Ontario.
  4. Sign in with the details you registered with. Forgotten the password? Use the operator's password-reset option on its sign-in screen.
  5. In the app, the store listing says you can log in with Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing the password each time.

The platform's configuration includes Apple sign-in. We can't open the Ontario sign-in screen from outside the province, so we can't say whether that option appears for you.

The location rule, and why a session can end mid-play

Ontario's rules require a regulated operator to confirm that you are physically in the province — not merely that you live here — before you play. So signing in to NEO.bet involves a location check as well as a password, and the most common "login problem" isn't a login problem at all.

Nor is the check a one-off. NEO.bet's site configuration sets a location re-check every 900,000 milliseconds — 15 minutes. Cross the provincial border, or let your device stop reporting a location — permission switched off, a VPN switched on — and the next check can fail, ending the session mid-play. If you'll be on the move, don't start a session you can't finish inside Ontario. Your account is unaffected: the block is about where you are, not who you are.

The "Access Restricted" page, explained

When we loaded on.neobet.ca from outside the province on 1 Nov 2026, it showed a page headed "Access Restricted", reading "This service is not available in your region for legal reasons", with a button labelled "Check again". "Legal reasons" is literal: the operator may only offer play to people physically in Ontario. The apps show the same page; in the iPhone app it can also offer "Continue to Website", a button NEO.bet's own code hides on Android, citing Play Store policy. Either way you meet the same check.

What to do when you see "Access Restricted"

  1. Are you actually in Ontario? If you're travelling, nothing on your side changes the answer. Wait until you're back.
  2. Is location sharing on? Allow your browser to share your location with on.neobet.ca, and switch on location services for the NEO.bet app in your phone's settings.
  3. Is a VPN or proxy running? Switch it off, along with any privacy feature that routes your traffic elsewhere — a connection that seems to come from outside Ontario can fail the check even if you're here.
  4. Then press "Check again". In Ontario, with location on and nothing in the way, that is when it should let you through.

Still blocked? Contact NEO.bet's support (below). Don't look for a way round the check — Ontario's rules require it.

Why a NEO.bet sign-in fails

Of the seven usual causes, the first three are about location — and easy to mistake for a wrong password.

  • Location You're outside Ontario. The site and both apps only work inside the province, whatever your home address.
  • Permission Location sharing is off for your browser or the app. Turn it on and press "Check again".
  • VPN A VPN or proxy is on, making you look as though you're somewhere else. Switch it off first.
  • Wrong site Your account is on another NEO.bet site. Accounts on neobet.de (Germany) or neo.bet (Malta) are separate and won't sign in on on.neobet.ca.
  • Password You've forgotten it. Use the operator's reset option on its sign-in screen — not a reset link someone sends you unprompted.
  • On hold The account is restricted, for example while documents are reviewed. Only NEO.bet's support can tell you why.
  • Excluded You've self-excluded through BetGuard.ca or NEO.bet's own tool. That block is meant to stop you signing in, and it is working as intended.

Signed in, but the withdrawal is held

A working login and a payable account are two different gates. According to Deadspin and next.io, NEO.bet asks for government photo ID — passport, Canadian driver's licence or ID card — plus proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement, before your first withdrawal. The site's configuration references Sumsub, a third-party identity-verification service.

So an account can sign in without trouble and still have its first payout wait on documents. Upload them soon after you open the account, and only inside the operator's own site or app. An email asking you to send your passport elsewhere, or to "verify your account" through a link, is a classic phishing pretext. Reported payment methods and timings are on our NEO.bet Ontario overview.

Keeping your NEO.bet account secure

Dimers, reviewing the sportsbook in October 2026, reported that the site uses HTTPS/SSL and that "account login authentication can be enabled" — an extra log-in check you switch on yourself in your account settings. Optional means off until you turn it on, so turn it on.

Use a password you use nowhere else. A password leaked from another site is the first thing tried against an account that holds money and ID documents.

Never sign in from a "bonus code" link. A page promising a NEO.bet code is exactly where a fake sign-in form hides, and the code is doubtful anyway: we found no evidence that NEO.bet's Ontario welcome offer needs one, and codes for its German or Maltese sites don't apply here. More on our bonus code page.

Read the address, not the logo. A look-alike page can copy NEO.bet's colours and wordmark; it can't copy the address. An extra word, a hyphen or a different ending means it isn't the operator. This site's own name contains "neobet" — proof that a brand name in a domain proves nothing.

If you typed your password into the wrong page

Go to on.neobet.ca yourself, change the password with the operator's reset option, switch on login authentication and tell NEO.bet's support. If you used that password anywhere else, change it there too.

For a sign-in or location problem, live chat is quickest and email the slower fallback. If the chat asks for an email first, give the one on your account — and never type your password into a chat window, whoever asks.

Locked out because you're worried about your gambling?

If you can't sign in because you self-excluded, please don't treat it as a problem to solve. That lock is doing exactly what you asked it to do, and nothing on this page will help you around it.

Thinking about stepping back? You don't need to wait for a bad night. NEO.bet's own tools, according to Dimers, include deposit, loss and bet limits, session limits, short breaks and self-exclusion from six months to five years. BetGuard.ca, iGaming Ontario's centralized self-exclusion service launched on 14 May 2026, closes every regulated Ontario igaming site with one registration. ConnexOntario answers at 1-866-531-2600, 24/7 — the number NEO.bet prints in its own app listing.

However you arrive — including through the button below — check the address bar before you type anything.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I log in to NEO.bet in Ontario?

Only at on.neobet.ca, in the NEO.bet Canada app on the App Store, or in the NEO.bet - Sports & Casino app on Google Play. This guide has no log-in of its own and never asks for your password.

Why does NEO.bet say "Access Restricted"?

The site could not confirm that you are physically in Ontario, which the province's rules require. Check that you are in Ontario, that location sharing is on for your browser or the app, and that any VPN or proxy is off, then press "Check again".

Can I use my German or Maltese NEO.bet account in Ontario?

No. NEO.bet runs separate licensed sites for Ontario, Germany, Malta and South Africa, and an account on neobet.de or neo.bet will not sign in on on.neobet.ca.

Why did NEO.bet log me out in the middle of a session?

NEO.bet's site configuration re-checks your location every 15 minutes. If you crossed the provincial border or your device stopped sharing its location, the next check can fail and end the session.

Why is my NEO.bet withdrawal held when I can log in fine?

Signing in and getting paid are separate checks. Reviewers report that NEO.bet asks for government photo ID and proof of address before a first withdrawal, so upload them early, inside the site or app.

How do I contact NEO.bet support if I can't sign in?

Deadspin reports live chat from the Support button at the top right of the site, 24/7, and Dimers also lists email support. Never give your password in chat.
